Mental Maps Nieuwe MeerWorkshop (with Korstaan Mahal) Toekomstclub Nieuwe en Meer, Amsterdam Mai 2006
In the context of the „Toekomstclub Nieuwe en Meer”, Kathrin Wildner conceptualized a workshop for the artists and inhabitants of the complex of studios „Nieuw en Meer“ about their perception of the material, social, and narrative space of the area. The tools of ethnographic methods, cartography, and mental mapping enabled the participants to visualize their perspectives and visions about the area and discussed collective conflicts as well as future potentials of the space.
